Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

Cancellations made [7–14 days] before the event may be eligible for partial refund at our discretion.  Cancellations made within [7 days] of the event are non-refundable.

Event Changes

Changes to guest count or menu must be made at least [5–7 days] prior to the event.  Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

​

No-Shows

Failure to be present at the scheduled event time/location will result in forfeiture of payment.
